Why is their distance not calculated properly?
If Unolo cannot capture your location reliably, then we cannot calculate distance reliably.
There are two main reasons why we can't capture your location:
- Unolo can't run in the background : Bad app settings
- GPS has been disabled : Bad location settings

If you see that the field executive has Bad app settings (red for app settings), then read this
If you see that the field executive has Bad location settings (red for location settings), then read this.
If you see that the field executive has good application settings and good location settings, then their distance travelled will be calculated within 10-20% of actual. If it is more than this, then please email support@unolo.com with these details:
- Name of field executive
- Date of bad travel
- Claimed distance travelled
