On most Android devices, the field executive needs to configure their phone to allow Unolo to run in the background. If they don't, then Unolo cannot capture the location while running in the background and then their location will be wrong AND their distance calculated will be wrong.

If they have not allowed Unolo to run in the background, Unolo gives them a Bad App Setting rating.

How to fix

1. Open Unolo app

2. Click on App Settings button

3. Follow the video and apply the settings as shown in the video on your phone. This is the most important step.

2. Timeline view : Each day's rating is shown here

3. The summary reports also contain information about the App Setting rating.
